PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We can manage your project from the commencement to completion protecting your interests from the outset. The following processes are adopted (full or less extent depending on the complexity of the project).


The process begins with a detailed assessment of the proposed works and the compilation of a detailed construction project plan followed by the production of the construction phase health and safety plan in readiness for the engagement of the delivery team and prior to any works proceeding on site.


Pre-contract project management project familiarisation and theoretical build sessions, assessment of construction methods and compliance for all significant construction stakeholders including the formulation of the risk assessments and mitigation measures.  

  • Pre-construction approval process and inductions for all sub-contractors, consultants and tradesmen carried out by the project management. 

  • Pre-construction health and safety compliance approval for all sub-contractors.

  • Site planning including the site compound, site security, welfare facilities, storage of materials, safe access and egress and the provision of permits as required.

  • Liaison with neighbouring properties, schools and businesses which may be affected by the project avoiding conflict such as arranging deliveries to avoid busy periods like the school timetables ETC and ensuring noisy or significant work periods are planned to avoid disputes. 

  • Weekly monitoring and reporting of the progress of works against the construction project plan and procurement schedule with mitigation plans to overcome any delays or supply chain problems.

  • The project management will provide ongoing liaison with you, building control, structural engineers, designers, manufacturers, and guarantee providers throughout the works ensuring compliance, compatibility and satisfaction.

  • Site based weekly, fortnightly or monthly meetings depending on your requirements reporting to you with the very latest progress and relevant issues on site. 

  • Real time assessment of works with sequential handover of the installation processes to avoid in built errors with immediate rectification of incorrect or defective works avoiding delays and noncompliance ensuring quality and compliance monitoring throughout the build process.

  • Daily checks and inspections providing Health and Safety monitoring and compliance throughout the construction phase.

  • Detailed completion process with commissioning and testing of operational plant and handover with you and other interested parties including completion of the sign off process with guarantors etc.
